A utility room makeover

Over the last few days I have done a quick makeover of a utility room. This included building a new platform/riser for the washer and dryer to make it more convenient for the owners. There was some new routing of the dryer ductwork, and also installing hard pipe instead of the flex duct. In my opinion, flex duct is a fire waiting to happen, and I prefer to hard pipe dryer ducts. The walls were painted a fresh color, and the trim re-caulked, along with some patch repair to old nail holes. Here are some before and after pics...
